We want you to love your KPOP merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that digital media, lightsticks, and unsealed albums are ineligible for return due to their collectible nature.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, including all photocards, posters, and inclusions, and that the outer plastic wrap remains intact.
Submit a Request
Log into your KPOP Store account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in a sturdy box with sufficient bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit, as damaged goods may not be eligible for a full refund.
Ship and Track
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference until the refund is processed.
